2015 May Challenge : Squatting!
Update: Squat challenge for this month – we are on 80 air squats for today! Tues is 90 and Wed is 100 squats. Then starting Thurs fort he rest of the month, you will do 50 a day!
Mobility: K*Star’s squat mobility
Our goals for this month are two fold: increase your squat mobility and squat strength.

Start off with 20 bodyweight air squats May 5. Each day you are going to increase by 10 reps until you get to 100 total; then you will decrease the reps down to 50 on a daily basis. Don’t simply bang out the reps to get them done. Make sure to take your time to mobilize, do each rep correctly.
Keep an eye out for mobility tips to be posted; but also pick the brains of the coaches in classes!
