Kipping Pull-up Clinic is today!!
For those athletes signed up for the 2015 Reebok CrossFit Games Open – the final week is upon us! What an incredible four weeks it has been thus far – the CFT coaches are incredibly proud of each of you – hope you feel the same way!
The final workout “15.5” will be announced Thursday night at 8pm. Thanks to members Roger and Jon, I was able to get my hands on a projected and we will be able to have a LIVE showing of it at the box. If anyone would like to join after 7pm on Thursday night we can watch in suspense as the workout is announced!
