Come join us for a fun, free and beginner-friendly workout.
You know you have a friend (or family member) who is interested in trying a CrossFit class, but needs a little push. Here’s their chance to experience CrossFit, side-by-side with you, tackling a partner workout!
We will make sure your friend is taught the movement mechanics and safety, but not before we all perform a fun group warm-up! The workout is specifically designed for all ability levels, so you need not to worry about teaching your grandmother how to squat snatch!
We encourage every member to tell their friends and family how much they love the community and results they get from CrossFit Torque.
That morning we will still have the regularly scheduled adult 7am, kids 8:15am and adult 9am class; At 10am, we will host the first official bring-a-friend workout.
