You know you have a friend or family member who is interested in trying a CrossFit class, but needs a little push. Here’s their chance to experience CrossFit, side-by-side with you, tackling a partner workout!
We will make sure your friend is taught the movement mechanics and safety, but not before we all perform a fun group warm-up! The workout is specifically designed for all ability levels.
We encourage every member to tell their friends and family how much they love the community and results they get from CrossFit Torque.
