*The science and physics of deadlifting
*How anthropometry (proportions of the human body) affects the deadlift and gives everyone a unique set up for the optimal creation and exertion of force
*The difference between force and torque and how this affects the deadlift
*The six types of torque that a poor set up could create at 8 joints (48 opportuntiies to minimize force and have a weak deadlift)
*The correct foot position for your levers
*Hand position for the strongest pull and what type of grip you should be using
*How your head position is disrupting the kinetic chain and potentially setting you up for back issues
*Hip position and how to use body weight as a counter balance to load, making the first pull much easier
*Lifting time to apply the new knowledge and to be coached to a new PR!
