Meet with one of our coaches for a FREE 30 minute session to introduce you to CrossFit.
Workout with our CrossFit Certified Coaches, tour our state of the art facility, and find out how you can achieve your fitness and wellness goals at CrossFit.
- What & Who: All interested and new members must complete four one-hour personal training sessions before joining group classes. This allows us the opportunity to talk with you individually about how and why CrossFit works, nutrition & lifestyle, goal setting, mobility (taking care of your body), and enables you to learn the more technical Olympic and Power lifts to ensure that you (and we) feel comfortable before training in group classes. We will also teach and modify all gymnastics movements required for classes.
- When: On-Ramp times will be scheduled privately with a Coach
- How Many Sessions: 4 on-ramp sessions (A, B, C, D). More sessions may be required based on the coach’s evaluation of the athlete.
- Cost: $175 for all 4 sessions. $45 cancellation fee without 24 hour notice (email only, no phone calls).
All memberships are month-to-month.
Choose from 44 scheduled times throughout the week to come in and workout! We do not require members to sign up for classes ahead of time.
Are Group classes not for you, but you enjoy CrossFit? Let’s discuss personal training as an option to reach your desired health and fitness level. If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for CrossFit Torque’s Test-Out option. We offer a one-hour private session with our trainers to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity. Contact Amanda for pricing.
