At CrossFit Torque, our experienced CrossFit Certified Coaches are available for Private Training. We highly recommend these sessions for those athletes who need more individualized attention and/or want to get to the next level.
Private training sessions can be booked in 30, 45 or 60 min blocks. Sessions can be booked one at a time, or purchased in a package.
Here are some examples of where we can help you:
- Olympic Lifting (cleans, snatches, jerks)
- Nutrition for Athletes (different cost than described below)
- CrossFit competition Training (get ready for your next competition)
- Running Technique
- Jumping Rope (double-unders)
- Mobility & Flexibility
- Gymnastic Skills (pull-ups, muscle-ups)
- Power Lifting (squatting & deadlifts)
- Rowing Technique
- Goal Setting
30 min Private Training Sessions: these are recommended for those athletes who need extra help or fine tuning on a particular skill or would like to learn a new one. A few examples would be butterfly pull-ups, muscle-ups, rope climbs, Snatch, Clean & Jerk, running technique, mobility (overhead and squatting). This is just a small list to give you an idea. Cost: $42 a session
45 min Private Training Sessions: these are recommended for those athletes who want to spend more time on olympic or power lifting. The sessions will incorporate not only technical critique, but include a strength portion and a metcon (where applicable.)
Cost: $57 a session
60 min Private Training Sessions: these sessions are set aside for those who typically either need one full hour of attention on one movement; or those athletes who prefer private training versus the group classes. Personal Training includes specific programming geared towards the individuals goals, research and accountability via text messaging and social media.
Cost: $77 a session
Small Group Training (2-3 athletes) is available as well – email for additional information (schedule & pricing).
