- The inner strength and personal confidence they will develop and gain is imeasurable
Target and Improve the following 10 physical fitness domains:
- Cardiovascular & Respiratory Endurance
- Balance & Accuracy
If your teen is a seasoned young athlete, our program will teach them proper mechanics, recovery, nutrition and flexibility.
In today’s sports world, athletes work towards sports-specific achievements, versus a diversified portfolio of skills and strengths. Our program is not sports specific, but rather, a general program to improve all of the above physical skills and domains.
