Introducing 1st Mobility Class

Mobility Class!

Join Coach Emily this Thursday night April 9 from 7-8pm for our first Mobility Class! This first one will be free and is open to all members!

Our goal and mission is to
1) work on any areas of soreness you have – for example discover ways to mash up those muscles, and work through the tightness & soreness
2) work on mobility drills to improve your over head position, squat position, and ankle flexibility
people working out in a group fitness class
