Today we are going to start by working on our 
Clean & Jerks 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1
After going heavy on the C&J’s, we are going to do a workout  involving a lighter load.  
5 Rounds for Time of:
4 Clean & Jerks with a Farmers Walk (overhead), 135 / 95 #
10 Knees-2-Elbows
10 Box Jumps, 30 / 24 ”
200m Run
Post C&J weight and WOD Time (weight/height) to comments!
