DUDE we’ve all been there…you put on that favorite pair of jeans and they feel a little tight (or A LOT tighter) than you remember; or you see that photo and think “that’s me? ((blechttt))” (but remember the camera adds weight right?!); or maybe you know that somethings not right, you just aren’t eating the best foods to fuel our body. We get it! Seriously though, we do!
Whether you want to lose body fat, increase your energy levels, improve self-confidence, lower your reliance on medications, or get stronger, this challenge will help accomplish your goal.
We all know there are hundreds of approaches to dieting out there. Some work all the time, some used to work for you, but in the end its a short term diet solution, and usually leaves you feeling miserable and deprived. That’s why our focus is on wholesome lifestyle change. Changes you can live with, that are real life tested, that don’t leave you feeling deprived and miserable.
In simple terms, we take the craziness out of it all for you.
"HOW?" you ask...
Reasonable! Just take :15 seconds to get your body composition calculated; these are concrete numbers, its science, it works.
Because Not All Pounds are Equal. When you step on a scale & see that you’ve lost 2 pounds, what did you really lose? 2 pounds of fat? Muscle? Water? Change the way you see your weight. Understand your health by seeing how much muscle, fat, and water you have instead of relying on a number on a scale. Body Composition is the future!
We ask you to record your food and water intake for 10 days leading up to day 1 of the challenge and then meet with a coach prior to day 1. During this meeting we will assess what’s the best approach for you. We will provide macronutrients goals for you, but also discuss alternative approaches.
A ‘before’ (week 1) and ‘after’ (week 5) photo will be privately be taken. Each participant will also complete a workout during week 1, and repeat week 5 to be able to measure the difference and improvement!
During week 3 you will be able to take another body composition test to assess and celebrate your progress, and make any changes if needed. The final test will be at the end of the five weeks. This is where we can celebrate our hard work!
This is important support for each participant. A private Facebook group will be available for all participants to share recipes or ideas, struggles and triumphs and access to the coach’s advice with check-in’s throughout the week.
This all will be going down starting January 15 and ending February 16, 2018. 5 weeks. We want committed and serious participants to dedicate five weeks to change.
