Mastering the Snatch!

Join Coach Michael either this Tuesday at 7pm or Saturday at 10am, where he will teach you how to get the most out of your hips when snatching!  Learning how to maximize the 3rd pull as well as how to stabilize weight overhead during dynamic movement.  We know we’ll be seeing snatches in The Open this year, wouldn’t it be nice if they were just a little easier?!
