Complete unbroken reps of Double-Unders: 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5. Rest as needed between sets. Penalty if unbroken. Do not have to reset to 0 if you mess up. CLARIFICATION will be provided in class. Scaling options also provided in class.
