Strength: Max out on Overhead Squat – 1 rep.

Workout of the Day: With your partner, complete the following for time:
Part 1: 10 Rope Climbs.
Part 2: 100 Overhead Squats (75/55#).
Part 3: 10 Rope Climbs.
Partners work one at a time, and must complete each part before moving to the next.

Reminder Holiday Schedule this week:
Monday – normal class schedule. Additional CF Kids class 11-11:45am.
Tuesday – normal class schedule. (normal CF Kids class 4-4:45pm).
Wednesday (NYE) – normal class schedule. Additional CF Kids class 11-11:45am.
Thursday (NY) – open gym only 9am-12pm. (all other classes cancelled).
Friday – normal class schedule. Additional CF Kids class 11-11:45am.
Saturday – normal class schedule. (normal CF Kids class 8-8:45am).
