  1. “Nate” wasn’t so easy on my shoulders 🙁 I did the red band for the muscle-ups, used 2 ab mats as a target for the HSPU and did the KB Swings prescribed at 53# (1.5pd). Total rounds were 9 + 2 + 4 +1
