2015 Nutrition & Rowing Challenge

Our Nutrition and Rowing Challenge kicks off the end of this week! 

What a great way to collaborate, commiserate and succeed together starting in 2015. CrossFit Torque Coaches and Members will be there to motivate and support you during this journey since we are all in this together. 


Important Dates to remember: 
Thur Jan 1 (or 2nd for most of you) – start of the challenge!
Fri Jan 2 – Paleo Naturals Food Tasting 4:30-6pm. join us to try some of their meals, bars & nuts
Sat Jan 3 – come chat informally with Coach Amanda about the two challenges
Mon Jan 5 – join us at 7pm-7:30pm to discuss any questions or concerns you might have. We will review proper rowing technique as well
Jan 31 – official end of the challenge but the beginning of a successful adventure

Rowing Challenge – free to members
Our goal is 10,000m rowed as a collective group – can we do it? Athletes wishing to participate, must create a profile here on concept2’s site and then join CrossFit Torque’s team. Here is where you can log your meters weekly. http://log.concept2.com/challenge/events/vtc.asp – must register (before Jan 15) in order to be in the running for a prize and maybe even a tee shirt!
