1. Be Consistent. Those small healthy habits that get added into the routine can add up to big results! What you do all the time is more important than what you do some of the time.2. Quality of Food. Be mindful throughout your journey and pay attention to the quality of your food choices. What do I mean by that? Try to shop the perimeter of the food store to purchase foods with more nutrients that are not processed. Fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy, and lean proteins.3. Be Patient. This can be the most challenging, as we often want results fast. Nothing worthwhile happens overnight. Depending on the results you are looking for, it can take months to years. Trust the process and enjoy the journey.
