Strength: Squat Cleans.
WOD: “Death by Squat Clean”, (155/105#).
Complete the following within the set time:
1 Squat Clean between the 1-2minute mark,
2 Squat Cleans between the 2-3 minute mark,
3 Squat Cleans between the 3-4 minute mark,
etc until you do not complete the assigned number of reps within the minute.
