These bars are super easy to make and they keep well in the fridge for about 5 days. They can help crave a sweet tooth but still provide fiber, healthy fat, fiber, and protein.
Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 20 minutes | Servings: 9 |
Ingredients:
3 ripe Bananas
½ cup peanut butter (you can use whatever nut butter you like)
2 cups oats (I use quick oats)

**Optional: You can add a scoop of protein powder to increase protein content. I used Ascent Whey Protein, chocolate flavor.
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375. Grease 9×9 pan with non-stick spray.
- Process the bananas, protein powder and I added just a splash of milk, until smooth. You can also use a blender.
- Mix together the batter with the oats and chocolate chips until combined.
- Scoop the batter into the pan and spread out evenly.
- Place tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 20minutes. Allow it to cool and cut into 9 squares.
