30 Hang Power Cleans (75/55#),

10 Handstand Push-ups,
400m Run.
 
Note: Monday May 30 we only are open from 9am-11am for the Hero workout “MURPH”. There will be two heats: 9am, and 10am. Thanks to Coach Alex for being there!
