Last weekend we spent time with extended family – more time with an Aunt and Uncle in their late sixties.
There were multiple conversations throughout the weekend revolving around health and nutrition.
We talked about water, protein, intermittent fasting, cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, sleep, and caffeine.
They asked great questions and we shared with them what we know and have learned.
At the end of it all, the biggest question they had was – where do I start?
WOW! What a great question!
The best place to start, the one that can make the most impact, is to pay attention to protein consumption.
Simply … do you eat protein EVERY time you eat?
When you go for the snack in the cabinet … is there protein with it?
What about breakfast?
That after dinner snack .. protein based?
If you aren’t answering YES to these questions, then start there. Our guide can help.
Not sure what constitutes protein? or enough protein [hint: more than 10g a serving] ? Our guide can help.
And if you are close to saying YES to having protein each time you eat, then we can start focusing in on how MUCH protein you should be consuming each day. [hint: it’s more than you think]. You need our guide.
Sounds like either way, our guide can help. Reply back and I’ll get it over to you right away. Our Aunt & Uncle loved it!
Here for your success!
