When Jackie first started training with us, she was in a frustrating place.
She was in her mid-40s, generally healthy, but noticing subtle shifts that didn’t seem to respond to what used to work:
“I was doing the same workouts, eating the same way — but I felt tired all the time. I wasn’t recovering well. And I started feeling like my body wasn’t mine anymore.”
Sound familiar?
For Jackie, this was the start of perimenopause — something no one really prepares you for. But instead of giving up, she leaned in and asked for help.
We transitioned Jackie into our semi-private training model, where we could:
✔️ Adjust the intensity of her workouts
✔️ Modify her strength programming for better recovery
✔️ Help her tweak her nutrition to support her changing hormones and energy levels
After just a few weeks, Jackie started noticing real changes:
“I’m sleeping better than I have in months. I feel stronger in my workouts — not just pushing through. And for the first time in a while, I feel like I have energy again.”
She didn’t overhaul her life. She didn’t cut carbs or start running miles a day.
She simply focused on strength training built for her body — and layered in the right support.
So many women in their 40s and 50s feel stuck.
Your body’s changing. Your stress is higher. Your recovery is slower.
And no one’s giving you a clear path forward.
That’s where our Women’s Strength Training comes in.
