🎉 “Wait… was that TWO strict pull-ups?!” 🎉

Kait walked through our doors on August 9, 2023, with big goals: lose the baby weight, build strength, and feel more confident in her skin. From day one, she’s been all in.

She dialed in her nutrition—upping her protein, cutting back on alcohol—and started seeing real fat loss. But Kait didn’t stop there. Her goals were clear: move better with a barbell, improve handstand holds, enjoy running, and get that elusive strict pull-up.

She showed up to specialty clinics, invested in personal training, and followed a Couch to 5K plan that turned into training for (and completing!) a half marathon. Now? She loves running.

Inside the gym, she’s been laser-focused on that strict pull-up—working on scap pull-ups, strengthening her lats, and showing up with grit and intention. Not long ago, she nailed her first strict pull-up.

But today… I heard the cheers from the office. Kait had just crushed TWO beautiful strict pull-ups in a row! The room erupted in high-fives, smiles, and pure celebration. That’s the power of a place where goals matter and every rep counts.
