Why Customized Pricing?

Fitness isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience… but many many gyms treat it like it is. But the truth is, it is not. Whether you’re aiming to increase strength, improve mobility, lose weight, or simply build confidence, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your personal goals. Your on-boarding consultation helps us get to know your unique needs. From there, we design a membership that factors in workout frequency, preferred class types (from personal to group training), and additional services like nutrition coaching. Pricing can vary, but it’s built to fit your goals, with options ranging from bi-weekly payments for basic access to more comprehensive plans.

A Real-Life Example: Heidi’s Customized Journey

Heidi’s journey is a perfect example of why our customized approach works. When Heidi joined Torque, she came in with the goal of losing weight and thriving in a high-energy group setting. Our No Sweat Intro helped us identify that large group classes with a lot of interaction and motivation were a perfect fit for her personality and goals.

To set her up for success, Heidi started with our On-Ramp program, which included five personal training sessions. These sessions introduced her to the core movements she’d need for CrossFit classes while allowing us to assess her stability and mobility. This foundation gave her the confidence to step into group classes feeling prepared and motivated.

Over time, Heidi found her rhythm by exploring various membership options. She lives in our 4+ Class weekly (unlimited) membership, and added in Personal Training for 45min one time a week to focus in on the things she wanted to improve on most! Customized programming is what she needed. Heidi also recognized that nutrition coaching was where she was going to make the most changes. Heidi’s journey continually evolves as her goals do, and we’re here to support her every step of the way.
