Our Semi-Private sessions are designed to provide you with the best of both worlds: personalized training programs and the camaraderie of working out alongside others. Plus, each session is led by a professional Coach with your best interest in mind. All four Coaches have a combined over 60 years of Coaching experience. We specialize in crafting workouts for your specific goals—whether it’s building muscle, improving endurance, battling hormonal changes, or working around injuries and limitations. This level of customization ensures that you’ll see real, sustainable results.


What to Expect:

  • Personalized Workouts: Each workout is written specifically for you, ensuring that your unique needs are addressed. Whether you’re looking to tone up, build muscle, or improve endurance, our Coaches expertise guarantees a program that’s just right for you. Have a specific goal in mind? We’ll help you achieve it!
  • Small Groups, Big Results: Semi-Private training sessions are capped at four participants, so you’ll receive individual attention while benefiting from the energy and accountability of a group setting.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Once you’re signed up, you can attend ANY Semi-Private session throughout the week, with no restrictions! Current times include:
    • Tues & Thurs at 7 AM
    • Tues, Wed & Thurs 5:10pm
    • *More times likely in the future!* 
  • Membership Flexibility: Memberships are tailored to your needs, with options ranging from 1 to 3 sessions a week. You can use Semi-Private as your main membership or pair it with other classes at Torque.
  • Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, we’ve got you covered. Sessions are designed to fit your life, whether you commit for 6-8 weeks or want to make this YOUR long-term program.
