👉 Can you complete 100 workouts between June 23 and December 6?
That’s roughly 4 workouts per week for 24 weeks.
Totally doable.
Sustainably challenging.
And just enough structure to keep you accountable — without burning out.
Whether you’re a group class regular, semi-private athlete, or personal training client — your workouts count. Also what counts: Swimming, Hiking, Cycling, Weighted Walks, and Yoga – as long as it’s 30min. And we’ll be right there with you to help track and celebrate your progress along the way.
You don’t need to crush 6 workouts a week every week.
Aim for 3–5 sessions, mix in movement (like walking or yoga), and leave room for rest.
