Kid’s Program

Our Kid’s Program is designed for those 8-11 year olds who are looking to have fun while getting in a daily dose of exercise! 

Watch as your Kid’s Power, Speed, Endurance, Agility, Coordination & Strength increase throughout the session.

This Session: April 5 to May 24th, Monday’s 3:15-3:45pm.
