What is Semi-Private Personal Training? Semi-Private Training is a hybrid between one-on-one coaching and full group classes. It blends the individualized attention of personal training with the energy, accountability, and affordability of training with others.
Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after time away, or looking to take your training to the next level, Semi-Private Training gives you the best of both worlds — personalized coaching, flexible scheduling, and the support of a small community.

Tuesday 5:10pm with Coach Mary
Tuesday 6:10pm with Coach Dylan
Wednesday 12:15pm with Coach Amanda
Wednesday 5:10pm with Coach Chelsea
Thursday 7am with Coach Mary
Thursday 9:30am with Coach Mary
Thursday 5:10pm with Coach Mary
Thursday 6:10pm with Coach Dylan
Friday 12:15pm with Coach Chelsea
