What is Semi-Private Personal Training? Semi-Private Training is a hybrid between one-on-one coaching and full group classes. It blends the individualized attention of personal training with the energy, accountability, and affordability of training with others.

Whether you’re brand new to fitness, returning after time away, or looking to take your training to the next level, Semi-Private Training gives you the best of both worlds — personalized coaching, flexible scheduling, and the support of a small community.

💪 Here’s What It Looks Like in Practice:

  • Personalized Workouts: every session is tailored to your individual goals, fitness level and any limitations
  • Small Groups: up to 4 people per Coach so you get focused attention and a motivating atmosphere.
  • Flexible Scheduling: choose the days and times that work best for you, with the ability to reschedule yourself within seventy-five minutes of a session.
  • Membership Options: use semi-private training as your main training option or pair it with group classes for a well-rounded fitness plan.
  • Cost-Effective Alternative: enjoy many of the benefits of personal training at a lower cost by training alongside others.
  • Built-in Community: you’ll train next to others who are working towards their own goals, creating accountability, encouragement and a sense of belonging!
