She told me she finally felt ready to take her body back.

Last week, I sat down with a woman who’s lost nearly 35 pounds on a GLP-1. She’s proud of her progress (as she should be!) — but she told me she’s starting to feel weaker, her energy has dipped, and she’s worried about keeping the weight off long-term.

That’s where we come in.

We put together a plan built around strength training, protein, and recovery — designed to help her rebuild muscle, boost energy, and feel strong again.

It’s been just a couple of weeks, and she’s already feeling a difference — sleeping better, lifting more, and walking taller.
