Tips for Getting Started
Focus on Proper Form Avoid injuries by learning correct movement patterns before increasing weight. Our coaches at Torque provide hands-on instruction to ensure safe and effective training.
Start with a Balanced Program A well-rounded strength program includes compound movements like squats, deadlifts, presses, and rows to target multiple muscle groups.
Progress Gradually Strength gains take time. Gradually increase weight, reps, and intensity to keep challenging your muscles without overtraining. Follow a program (Torque has one!) so the progression happens in a safe manner.
Prioritize Recovery Strength training is only effective when paired with proper rest and recovery. Ensure you’re getting enough sleep, hydration, and protein intake to maximize results.
