The Perfect Time to Put Yourself First (Even as a Busy Mom)

There’s a moment many moms experience after having kids.

Life gets busy. Work ramps up. The kids need everything.
And somewhere along the way, your own health slips to the bottom of the list.

That’s exactly where one of our 40-year-old members found herself before joining CrossFit Torque.

She didn’t start because life slowed down.
She started because she realized it wouldn’t.

When asked what she’d say to another mom thinking about joining, she said:
