If you live locally, chances are you know Julie.
She’s a successful real estate agent.
She’s involved in the community.
She’s married, raising two kids, and always on the move.
From the outside, it looks like she has it all together (and she does for the most part!)
But like so many driven, high-performing women in their mid-forties, fitness had been inconsistent.
She had tried other programs before — including Orange Theory. She’d start strong. Stay consistent for a bit. And then life would take over.
Work deadlines.
Family commitments.
Community events.
It just never truly stuck.
Until it did.
Julie joined CrossFit Torque nine months ago.
And instead of chasing a quick fix, something different happened.
In her own words:
“Not sure whether or not to describe my fitness journey, my increased self accountability, or my leveled up desire to show up for myself and my health…. the benefits of joining have snowballed my personal growth!”
That word — snowballed — says everything.
It didn’t start with dramatic transformation.
It started with showing up.
Then consistency built confidence.
Confidence built accountability.
Accountability built momentum.
And momentum spilled into everything else.
Julie didn’t just gain strength in the gym.
She leveled up her self-accountability.
She strengthened her commitment to herself.
She built a routine that supports her busy life instead of competing with it.
For someone who is constantly showing up for clients, family, and community, this was about something deeper:
Finally showing up for herself.
It wasn’t because she suddenly had more time.
It wasn’t because life got less busy.
It was because she found coaching, structure, and a community that made consistency sustainable.
No guessing.
No anonymous classes.
No blending into the background.
Just accountability, support, and progress that compounds over time.
And that’s when fitness stops being a phase — and starts becoming part of who you are.
Nine months in, the growth is still snowballing.
And this time?
It’s sticking.
