CFT Marathon Fundraiser

Save the date: Saturday May 4 we will have a fundraiser workout for those affected by the Marathon Mondays events. Minimum donations of $25 will be collected at registration and proceeds will be donated to those in need. (If you want to donate and not workout, just let Coach Amanda know!) spectators encouraged to come cheer everyone on!
This workout is open to current CrossFit Torque members AND anyone else! The workout can be completed by anyone, non-CrossFit family and friends are encouraged to join in (there will not be any complex movements). Details coming soon, but it will be 26 minutes and 20 seconds long and it will involve running.
It will be a partner workout; you can partner with anyone you want. If you want to sign up and do not have a partner lined up, send Coach Amanda an email at and she will match you up
There will be 4 heats available: 10am, 10:30am, 11am, 11:30am and we are capping each heat at 20 athletes (10 teams) so please make sure to sign up at the same time as your partner
