Ingredients:
2 very ripe Bananas
½ cup unsweetened applesauce
½ cup Cocoa Powder
1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
Sprinkle of chocolate chips for the top
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease loaf tin with non-stick spray.
- 2. Process the unsweetened applesauce, bananas, protein powder and cocoa powder until smooth. You can also use a blender.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin and flatten it using a spoon or spatula. On top sprinkle the chocolate chips.
- Place tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 17-20minutes. Allow it to cool and cut into 8 squares.
