It’s never too late

Our class is designed around your needs. Resistance or weight training is clinically proven to improve balance, reduce number of falls and increase confidence in an older population. ​ Resistance exercise has numerous health benefits for your whole body including
1) Reducing high blood pressure and cholesterol.
2) Improving Bone strength and density.
3) Improving muscle tone and functional strength. ​
We conduct an assessment prior to the class to ensure your suitability. This allows us to then tailor the class to your goals.

45 min small group classes focus on building strength, agility, balance, cardio-respiratory function, and mobility.

Our coaches are trained, educated and certified to lead this program. They know how to keep you safe while helping you reach your potential. Our Coaches will customize every aspect of your workout to meet you right where you are.

Fun Community

Our ForeverFit group training ensures you have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. From knowledgeable Coaches, and Nutrition Coaches to Stretch Specialists. Have fun training with other class members, and socialize before, during and after class.

Details

Monday and Wednesday’s 10:40am-11:25am. Classes are $14 each.
Two initial 45min assessments are required prior to classes ($119 total).
