Workout of the Day:
With a partner, complete the following:
3 Rounds of 1 min AMRAP of
Slam Balls (switch every 5 reps)
Double-Unders (switch every 15)
Sled Pulls (switch every 1 pull)
Burpee Box Jumps, 24/20″ (switch every 3 reps)
Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
