Group Nutrition Accountability … it WORKS!

Let’s take one of our 57 year old male members … he first participated in our Lazy Macro Challenge in January (focused in on Protein and Veggie intake).

He took the lessons and habit building through the spring and summer, and landed with us for our Group Nutrition starting in August.

We meet every week on zoom for a 30-45 min call with other members, sharing wins, asking questions, showing support, learning and focusing in on weekly changes. Individualized approach, in a group setting.

We are insanely proud of the not just the habitual changes (less snacking, more veggies, ice cream a few times a month vs every day, increased water ..)

But also the structural and internal changes. Let’s take a closer look:

Since January:

The Scale shows a 7lb decrease ….and if we look closer at the numbers …

He had a 9lb Lean Body Mass INCREASE,

5lb of it being Skeletal Muscle Mass.

He had a 16.5lb of Body Fat DECREASE. Total of 6.5% Body Fat decrease.

He’s overall Better Hydrated.

AND His Bio Age DECREASED by 3 years – which means he’s younger!

HOLY CRAP! What amazing changes.
