Congrats to Coach Ali and Rachael who competed yesterday at CrossFit Live Free’s Individual Event!! Ali took 3rd place while Rachael placed 21st (her first of many CrossFit competitions!)

Thursday July 25 – 7pm at Rancho Chico – Margarita night – join some of the members for some good times
Saturday August 10 – Spartan Race – come watch your fellow athletes run a fun race!

Important Dates:
Saturday August 3 – complete your last workout at the old CrossFit Torque space at 9am – then help move equipment to the new space from 10am-2pm
Monday August 5 – It’s official – all classes will now be at the new box! Thank you to everyone who has supported us along this wonderful journey!
Sunday September 8 – CrossFit Torque will have it’s official public OPEN HOUSE to welcome the community into our new space (stay tuned for times and details)

Hang Power Clean – after warming up, pick a moderate weight (65-75% of 1RM) and complete the following:
EMOTM for 7min of: 2 Hang Power Cleans: start at the high hang, lower to below the knee and stop, then perform the full rep from there
Workout:
AMRAP in 4 min, x 2 Rounds (2 min rest)
3 Hang Power Cleans, 155/105#
5 Bar Facing Burpees
