Happy Feet Couch to 5k


CrossFit Torque will be holding its first Couch to 5K!!! Spring is right around the corner and it is the perfect time of year to get outdoors and move your body in the fresh air! 

This will be an 8-week program with a commitment of running 3x/week for about 30 minutes each run. At the end of the 8-weeks, there will be a 5K with specific details to be announced. 

*There is also an available 8-week program for those who would like to walk! 

This is the perfect program for those who want to step out of their comfort zone, increase their athletic endurance, get back into running or just want to try something new. Whether you’ve run before or not, this program is for YOU! 

The Couch to 5K will begin the week of April 18th and will conclude with a celebratory 5K on Sunday, June 13th.
