🤯CONGRATS on your success! Karen joined our Couch to 5k program not knowing what to expect. Her friend Jen is a member at Torque and told her about the program!

She listened to our bi-weekly nutrition habit changes from Nutrition Coach Jamie and started to incorporate them into her life. Boom! She’s seen a 💥20lb💥 body fat release. 

Karen’s husband also jumped on board and walked with Karen three times a week. Having a supportive friend, spouse, or family member can make a huge difference in our success.
