Monday 121119

Thursday November 22, 2012: Thanksgiving Day we will ONLY have an open gym from 8:30-10:30am. There will not be a scheduled WOD for that day, so just come in and either work on a skill/strength or makeup the workout from Mon/Tues/Wed. If there is an even amount of people there at a certain time, we can come up with a partner WOD.

  1. Thot the WOD was a lot of fun today . Back squat 140. 6 rounds plus 2 pullups. Kenny- next time yell at me for pushing off with my foot so I stop doing that LOL !
