Reebok CrossFit Games – a few days left to sign up for the Reebok CrossFit Games Open. Follow this link to sign up. We will be doing the workouts on Fridays, at any of the class times. Saturday morning is an option (but probably not ideal) and if there is demand then we can do an open hour on Sunday to get it done. This is going to be a fun 5 weeks of workouts! Try it out, Surprise yourself. You can do it.

1 Power Snatch, 95/65# on Minute 1,
2 Power Snatches, 95/65# on Minute 2,
3 Power Snatches, 95/65# on Minute 3,
Continue until you cannot complete the assigned number of reps within that minute.
