Chris is one our newest Online members who has a flex program where he has one in-person personal training session a month. He knows how important feeling healthy is, and how it helps him be more active. His current job has him sitting driving all day, he needs this type of movement.
Not only do we focus on getting fitness in 3 times a week, but we work daily on his Nutrition habits and goals. They are specific to Chris and his goals. Nutrition can seem overwhelming and complicated. Our coaches will work with you to break it down into chewable (pun intended) pieces of information and habits.
