Sarah joined us just days before the pandemic forced us to shut down in 2020. She’s a busy woman – working two jobs AND owns her own local Granola Bar business, Sarah struggles to find the time to put herself first.

Accountability: Sarah knew she needed some extra accountability so we moved her to a Hybrid membership where she does personal training twice a week AND partakes in our group classes. She needs that group support in her life.

Sarah has been working with Coach Lea for the last four months with a main focus of lifting. She has worked her tail off and seen a 30lb increase in her Back Squat! 30 pounds!!!!!!
