Every 30 sec for 10 min, complete:
1 Power Clean
2 Presses, 70-75% of your 1rpm
Then, rest 3-4 minutes
AMRAP in 2 min of Sit-ups
AMRAP in 2 min of Push-ups
AMRAP in 2 min of Squats
