Classes
from $225-$399 /one time
  • This is where everyone starts.
  • Before Semi-Private Personal Training or Group Classes, we take the time to teach you how to move well, train safely and understand what you’re doing with the equipment.
  • Nutrition Consult along with an Evolt Body Scan assessment to understand your starting point and body composition
  • 2 fitness sessions for Semi-Private, 5 fitness sessions for Group Classes
  • Hands-on coaching to learn how we move, lift and train safely
  • Program walkthrough so you understand how our Semi-Private sessions or Group Classes are structured
  • Movement guidance tailored to YOUR body, experience level and any limitations
From there, you’ll move into the option that fits you best: Semi-Private Personal Training, Group Class training, or a hybrid of both.

Semi-Private Personal Training

Classes
from $228-$342 /2wk billing
  • For people who want more focused personalized attention, support, structure and flexibility.
  • Personalized programming based on your goals with ongoing progress check-ins and Evolt body composition scans to analyze and adapt the program
  • Shared time, space and a Coach: each 45 minute session will have between 1 and 4 members in attendance working on their on programming while receiving personalized coaching tailored to your body and your goals
  • Flexible scheduling that fits your life (11 sessions offered weekly with generous rescheduling / cancellation policies)
  • Built-in accountability so you actually stay consistent; Member check-in meetings with a Coach every 8-12 weeks
  • Option to blend Semi-Private with Group Class memberships

Group Class Memberships

Classes
from $255-$315 /4wk billing
  • For people who want structure, coaching and a community that keeps them showing up.
  • Daily 1-hour Coach-led group classes so you always know what to do and can build real consistency
  • 28 classes offered weekly Mon-Sat capped at 14 members
  • Structured timeline including a warm-up, skill/strength, and a workout
  • Strength programming that builds over time, always providing scaling & modifications to meet you where you are!
  • Quarterly member goal-reviews and Evolt body composition scans to track progress
  • A space where you feel supported, challenged, and part of something!
  • Included: one monthly 30min Personal Training session to focus in on and fine tune a movement or skill
No long-term contracts.

Specialty Programs

ForeverFit
55+

Classes
$85 /6 Class Punch Card
  • Built for members who want to train smart for the long game. A class designed for those who are 55+ (but we welcome those who are younger as well!).
  • Modifications built in, expert coaching tailored to your experience and limitations - and a community of people who get it.
  • Classes offered Mon, Wed, & Fri 10:40am-11:25am.
  • All levels are welcome, no CrossFit background is needed.
ForeverFit On-Ramp is required prior to joining ForeverFit Classes. ForeverFit On-Ramp includes 3 30min personal training sessions, along with a 20min Nutrition Consult and Evolt Body composition scan. The cost is $199.

Women's Only
Strength Class

  • A dedicated class designed for Women who want to build real strength in a supportive and focused environment.
  • No intimidation, no guesswork - just progressive lifting with expert Coaches and a room full of women doing the work alongside you.
4-6 week Sessions are offered throughout the year. Classes are offered on Saturday's, and are 1 hour in length. No pre-requisite required to join. Contact us for the most up-to-date schedule!

Endurance & Hyrox
Training

  • Race-Style Training Format — Every session follows a structured format with running/skiing intervals paired with functional stations like sled pushes, rowing, wall balls, and sandbag carries — so you always know what to expect while still being challenged.
  • Scales to Any Level — Coach-led workouts are adjustable for all experience levels, whether you're returning to fitness or chasing a PR — no burnout, just consistent progress.
  • Built-In Accountability & Community — Train alongside others who push and support each other, with in-house events and race prep to keep you motivated and working toward a goal.
  • Preparing for Boston HYROX (Oct 8–11, 2026) — Three structured training sessions available leading up to race day, ranging from 4–6 weeks each, starting June 1st.
