It’s Never Too Late

Our class is designed around your needs. ForeverFit is our small-group training program tailored specifically for active older adults who want to stay strong, independent, and energized. Each class focuses on functional movement, resistance training, and balance work—helping to reduce the risk of falls, build muscle, and boost confidence in everyday life. Whether you’re new to fitness or returning after a break, you’ll be supported by expert coaches and a welcoming community every step of the way.

 

Resistance exercise has numerous health benefits for your whole body including
1) Reducing high blood pressure and cholesterol.
2) Improving Bone strength and density.
3) Improving muscle tone and functional strength. ​

 

We conduct an On-Ramp assessment prior to the class to ensure your suitability. This allows us to then tailor the class to your goals.

45 min small group classes focus on building strength, agility, balance, cardio-respiratory function, and mobility.

Professional Coaching Staff

Our coaches are trained, educated and certified to lead this program. They know how to keep you safe while helping you reach your potential. Our Coaches will customize every aspect of your workout to meet you right where you are.

Fun Community

Our ForeverFit group training ensures you have a network of people to connect with about your progress and goals. From knowledgeable Coaches, and Nutrition Coaches to Stretch Specialists. Have fun training with other class members, and socialize before, during and after class.

Join us!

Offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday's 10:40am-11:25am. On-Ramp is required prior to classes: $199 for three personal training sessions and an evolt body comp scan.
