Working 1-on-1 with a TorqueNation Coach is the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for your current fitness level. Our Coaches will track your progress over the course of your sessions.
These sessions are recommended for people who would like to make one-on-one training their primary means of workout out or in depth training and customization. If you would like the extra attention and privacy that a one-on-one private training experience affords, then this option is right for you.
We highly recommend these sessions for clients and athletes who need more individualized attention.
We recommend our Group Class Members take advantage of at least one 30 min Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
Sessions available in 30 min or 60 min durations, and can be booked in single sessions or 4-8-12 session blocks; with our most popular package being 3x30min Sessions each week!
Small groups of 2-3 people can also be formed by request.
