There’s nothing worse than waking up in a panic, and not having enough time to complete all of the morning tasks!

So If we all want a productive morning, WHY do we keep hitting snooze? 
The Dreaded Alarm 

We all know the feeling — the alarm goes off and all you want to do is hit snooze and sleep for just a few more minutes. But those few minutes can easily turn into an hour and, before you know it, you’re running late for your workout like a teen that’s late for the bus in a ‘90s coming-of-age movie.

If you have the willpower to get out of bed, however, an early workout can set a positive tone for the rest of the day and give you a sense of accomplishment that will keep you motivated. Plus, working out in the morning has been shown to improve energy levels, focus, and overall mood throughout the day.
